So who are Seventh-Day Adventists?
Seventh-day Adventists are a global Christian denomination with a rich history dating back to the 19th century. Rooted in the teachings of the Bible, Seventh-day Adventists hold a distinct belief in the imminent return of Jesus Christ and emphasize the importance of observing the seventh-day Sabbath, from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown just as the Bibles says, as a day of rest and worship. Central to our faith is a holistic approach to health, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through practices such as vegetarianism, abstinence from harmful substances, and regular exercise.
